Our overarching goal was to create a user-centric experience that prioritizes simplicity, security, and trust, ultimately revolutionizing the landscape of online identity verification.
→ Here's what I did: for UX, I identified pain points through user interviews and KPIs (GA & Hotjar), developed information architecture, prototyped, and iterated. For UI, I developed the existing design system (including tokens, variables, and lo-fi/hi-fi mock-ups).
